01What you submit
Forms collect the fields you provide: your name and email, creator profile details and partnership or inquiry context. The record also includes inquiry type, submission time, a reference ID, and campaign or referral information when available. Do not send passwords, payment details, sensitive personal data, or confidential client files.
02Why it is used
We use inquiry information to assess fit, review your request, communicate about it, and maintain creator application and general inquiry records. Submission does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.
03Storage and access
Inquiry records and consented measurement events are stored in the website’s Cloudflare D1 database through Sites hosting. They are not published in this website or accessible through a public read endpoint. Authorized site administration tools can access stored records. Hosting providers may process operational request data under their own applicable terms.
04Optional measurement and browser storage
If you allow measurement, we record basic first-party events such as page views, application starts, and successful form submissions. Event records contain the page path, division, event type, time, and a browser-session identifier, not form field contents. A privacy preference is stored in localStorage; the optional measurement identifier is stored in sessionStorage. Session storage also carries referral and campaign labels between pages for inquiry attribution. No advertising cookie or cross-site marketing pixel is used.
05Abuse prevention
For rate limiting, the server derives a daily hash from the network address supplied by the hosting provider. The form records do not store the raw address. Short-lived rate-limit records are cleared on later writes after their time window. Hosting infrastructure may separately maintain operational logs.
06Your choices
Choose Essential only to prevent optional measurement. Forms remain available. Change your choice using Privacy choices in the footer. Declining later measurement does not automatically remove earlier events. Clear local browser storage to remove device preferences and the browser-session identifier.
07Retention and requests
Inquiry and consented measurement records are retained for follow-up, site analysis, and administration until deleted or no longer needed; an automatic deletion schedule has not been set. For access, correction, or deletion, submit a general contact inquiry with the topic Data or privacy request. Include enough information to identify your record without sending unnecessary sensitive data. Identity may need to be verified.
08Service data is agreed separately
This website has no file upload or payment form. If an engagement proceeds, file access, third-party tools including any AI services, confidentiality, retention, deletion, and ownership must be confirmed separately before creator assets are shared.
